Our Process

Our process begins with an initial consultation with one of our builders. We aim to understand what it is you want to achieve, along with giving us the opportunity to brainstorm ideas with you. Feel free to bring along/send through any inspirational references you may have!

We will meet with you on site to discuss your ideas and requirements in detail. At this stage, we will aim to collaborate with you and provide you with ideas and options to help define your dream home.

After our initial consultation and meeting on site, we will prepare some preliminary conceptual sketches for you to review. We will break down the concept together to ensure it contains exactly what you are looking for. At this stage, we will also be able to check whether a planning permit is required.

When we receive your tick of approval for the concept design, we will go ahead and present to you an estimated budget for your project.

Once a budget has been finalised, this is where we will move onto the preparation of the construction documents. A preliminary agreement will be presented to you, which will include the preparation of architectural and engineering plans, soil reports and any other relevant documentation required.

Once you are happy and satisfied with the proposed plans and documents, we will prepare a final costing and full project specification list, which includes all your inclusions such as façade, internal finishes, and any landscaping. After which, we will prepare a building contract and guide you through it each step of the way to ensure you understand every aspect.

For the fun part – construction! Once works begin, we will schedule in fortnightly site visits (or whatever suits you best) and will let you know when major stages are set to be completed – such as the slab pour or the erection of frame walls. We will go through these major stages with you, to safeguard any concerns you may have and ensure everything is how you want it to be.

After settling into your new home, we will check-in with you to see how everything is going and to address any concerns you may have.

Upon reviewing your documents, we will meet with you on site to discuss your ideas and requirements in detail. At this stage, we will aim to collaborate with you and provide you with any other ideas and options to help define your dream home.

After our meeting on site, we will discuss your façade, internal finishes, and landscaping requirements. After which, we will prepare a quote along with a complete project specification list, which includes all your inclusions, along with the brand and models of fixtures, fittings, and appliances.

Almost to the exciting part! Once you are happy and satisfied with the project specification and costing, we will prepare a building contract. We will guide you through it each step of the way to ensure you understand every aspect.

Congratulations, almost time to move in! Once works have been completed, we will organise a final walkthrough to ensure there are no defects and that you are completely happy with the result. We will provide you with the keys, any product warranty information, any product care kits and a certificate of completion.

After settling into your new home, we will check in with you to see how everything is going and to address any concerns you may have.
